Caitlin joined our practice in June of 2014. She holds a level II Orthodontic Assistant Certification through the Trapezio Academy of Orthodontics Assisting. She also holds a certification for Treatment Coordinating through the Charlene White New Patient Coordinator and Marketing workshop. Caitlin finished “First in Class” from the Taylor Dental Assisting School in Pascagoula, Mississippi with a certificate in Dental Assisting.

Caitlin practiced dental assisting chairside for 6 years before assuming the position as our Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator. Caitlin enjoys developing relationships with patients and following their progress throughout their treatment. You will always be greeted with a smile when Caitlin welcomes you in the office.

Caitlin and her two daughters live in Hurley, Mississippi. They are a family that enjoys many outdoor activities including gardening, chicken farming, mud riding, fishing, kayaking, and hunting. Caitlin and her family attend Ridglea Heights Baptist Church in Hurley, Mississippi.

Heather joined our practice in 2019. She received her undergraduate degree in marketing and a concentration in marketing management from the University of South Alabama Mitchell College of Business. Heather also holds a certification for marketing through the Charlene White New Patient Coordinator and Marketing Workshop. 

Outside of the office, Heather enjoys reading, spending time with her two dachshunds and chihuahua, and being at the pool with family and friends. She plans to pursue her master of business administration at UAB in the coming years.

Kathe joined our practice in 2005 and is responsible for insurance verification, claim filing, and patient accounts. She has over 30 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience and completed Trapezio Knowledge and Training Solutions courses for financial coordinator and QuickBooks Ortho certification. Kathe is also a graduate of Dale Carnegie professional training courses, plus is certified in CPR and radiation safety.

Outside of the office, Kathe is involved with St. John’s Episcopal Church, serving on several committees and participating in the choir. She also completed Sewanee’s four-year Education for Ministry program. Her hobbies include baking, crocheting, doing crossword puzzles, fishing, and kite-flying.

Michelle joined us in 2012 and is able to serve in dual roles with her assistant background. She holds a Level II Orthodontic Assistant certification through Trapezio Academy of Orthodontic Assisting, plus is certified in CPR and radiation. Michelle loves interacting with patients and is always ready and willing to answer any questions.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She likes attending vintage car shows, watching scary movies, reading, grilling, and cooking.

Tiffany joined our team in 2019 and graduated from Faith Academy. She is an orthodontic assistant at Hillcrest Orthodontics in Mobile, AL, and enjoys helping our patients positively change their lives.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and going on vacations. Tiffany’s weekends are spent mostly outdoors with her friends or her dog. She’s a member of West Mobile Baptist Church.
